Raised root grinding is for visible surface roots and root flare that interfere with mowing, walking, fence lines, planting, or basic yard prep. It works best when it is quoted together with stump grinding photos and access details.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
The technician identifies the selected raised roots, checks nearby hardscape, irrigation, utilities, slope and access, then grinds only the approved visible roots that can be reduced safely. Basic cleanup of the immediate work area is included unless a larger haul-away or restoration scope is added.

Clear selected root flare before straightforward fence, planting, soil, or grading prep work.

- Not full root-system removal: grinding reduces selected visible roots; it does not excavate every underground root.

- Price depends on spread: final pricing is based on root length, hardness, depth, access, obstacles, and cleanup expectations.
