PUBLIC & MANAGED PROPERTY WORK

ROUTE-BASED GRINDING
WITH COMPLETION PHOTOS.

Clear Grade helps municipalities, property managers, HOAs, parks teams, and approved contractors remove stump obstacles by grinding approved stumps below grade and documenting completed work with photos.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

Each project starts with photos, address or site maps, access notes, stump counts, desired finish, and any required scheduling constraints. The technician confirms safe equipment access, visible hazards, cleanup expectations, and final scope before work begins.

01

PARKS & COMMON AREAS

Stump grinding for shared green spaces, maintained edges, trail-adjacent areas, and managed grounds.

02

PUBLIC WORKS ROUTES

Grouped stump projects can be scheduled by route when access, safety, and site approvals are clear.

03

COMPLETION PHOTOS

Before and after photos help managers, contractors, and stakeholders confirm the approved scope was completed.

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

  • Approved access: gate codes, parking, site contact, and equipment path must be confirmed before arrival.
  • Utility and irrigation awareness: buried utilities, irrigation, lighting, wires, metal, and hardscape risks must be disclosed before work.
  • Written scope: stump counts, cleanup, haul-away, traffic-control needs, and restoration expectations should be approved before scheduling.

IMPORTANT SCOPE NOTES
